Through on-site investigations and our IT experts trained by the secret service, we were able to identify
the persons who could be seen on Ferdinand Edelberger’s cell phone.

Evaluation of the interview:
The persons mentioned above state that they had been at F. Edelberger’s for most of the evening.
According to their statements, nobody entered the office of Oliver Borgmann. After 01:00, when most of
the guests had left the party, they continued partying together with Ferdinand until about 03:00. Around
03:00 o’clock the three ordered a collective cab to the company premises and had themselves be driven
home. F. Edelberger remained alone on site, as he refused to go along.
